The weekend is here!

I've been working on color work for almost every free moment I got for an upcoming ONI publishing project submission.  Before this project I worked on a book called Exo-Blast!  It was really fun and the color was something that I previously was not capable of.  Here is a sample enjoy!

New comic books around the corner!

I have new art that I would like to share.  Screen shots of an upcoming book I've been working on with my fellow writer Justin Newberry.  Enjoy!

So I've updated my Blog in hopes to motivate myself in my journey to becoming a published artists.  But I reality what is a published artist?  I personally will not feel like a published artist until I've gained some sort of compensation from one of the larger comic book companies in the industry.

I intend on posting my progress here.  You see growing up in the middle of the Nebraska I didn't have anyone to relate to regarding my passion for making and creating comics.  So I hope that my experience and be shared with others like myself that seem to be stuck and they just don't know what to do.  Luckily today its much easier to become published without living in a major US city but back in the 80's and 90's it was close to impossible to get even noticed if you reside in a town of almost 3k people.

Change is in the air.

I plan on making some serious changes to my Blog.  After reading through How To Blog Made Easy I can see that my Blog suffers all of the components that make up a good Blog.  So very soon I will be changing almost everything this Blog: design, purpose,  content, and theme.

I want to focus on something I'm passionate about.  I know what direction I plan on taking so expect an update soon.
